Recruiter (digital/ecommerce)
Responsibilities:
Scan job search websites and inbound channels for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
Source/headhunt targeted profiles from linkedin and other formal networks for specific JD’s as per hiring manager needs
Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent across teams and roles
Review and analyze resumes and qualify them based on role and cultural fitment and drive closures with respective hiring managers
Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques
Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
Complete all new-hire onboardings and paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
Requirements:
2-3 years’ recruiting experience in digital marketing preferably with similar agencies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrable experience in the digital marketing industry recruiting
Effective negotiating skills
Extensive knowledge of various hiring channels
Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%)
